Education: Rachel was awarded a PhD in Law from the University of Liverpool in 2020. Her PhD thesis was titled 'Sex and Relationships Education (SRE) in English Schools: A Children's Rights Perspective'. Rachel also holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Liverpool. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2015 and is a non-practising Barrister.
Current Research: Rachel is currently researching the reforms to the Relationships and Sex Education curriculum in English schools.
